Roselma joined the CWC Affiliate team in 2016, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience working in the philanthropic field. Her core areas of interest include housing, arts, education, veterans, and mental health services. Roselma’s philanthropic experience includes serving as a Program Officer for the Merage Foundation’s Children First and Artist in Residency Initiatives, Workforce Initiative Manager for the Los Angeles Universal Preschool, Program Officer for the The Carl & Roberta Deutsch Foundation, and most recently, Program Officer for the Weingart Foundation. Roselma serves as one of CWC’s reviewers, providing review and editing support to Grant Leads. 

Born and raised in Southern California, Roselma graduated from UCLA with a BA in Sociology and Asian American Studies, and later received her MBA from the Yale School of Management. She received one of 25 National Leaders in Action Awards in 2015 from Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy (AAPIP). In her free time, Roselma loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.
